A 45-year-old woman was shocked to see a 170kg python, measuring six metres long, outside her house in Batu Anam, Segamat, recently. The snake was eating a goat, which belonged to her when she discovered its presence. Esah Daud claimed that the snake had even attacked her when she attempted to chase it away. She called for help from the Civil Defence Department district office and it took the officers 30 minutes to catch the snake.
