To his astonishment, he found a baby wrapped in cloth. The man immediately called the police who detained the mother. The infant has been placed under the care of the Welfare Department.

> Home owner discovers body of dead tenant
A 38-year-old elder man was dead for a week in his rented house before the house owner discovered the man’s body. The owner had reportedly gone to collect rent and felt something was not right when he smelled a foul odour. The tenant was found dead in the living room with an asthma inhaler by his side. According to the man’s younger brother, the victim was living by himself and going through a divorce. “Friends had gone to visit but none of them managed to meet him, assuming he was not at home,” the brother said.
