Taiwanese superstar Jay Chou says he enjoys visiting Malaysia. Speaking to the local media at a corporate event recently, the singer-actor said he did not feel uncomfortable at all during his stay in the country while filming the movie, The Viral Factor, in Kuala Lumpur two years ago. "Although busy with filming, I managed to visit some interesting places in Malaysia," Chou said and shared that his favourite seafood dish was clam. He also revealed that he will not be tying the knot with girlfriend Hannah Quinlivan soon.

Abu Samah Mohd Yusof, a 43-year-old disabled man, has been proud to earn a honest living to support himself despite half his body being paralysed. In 2009, he had a portion of his skull removed following a severe fever and was unconscious for nine days. However, Abu Samah, who is from Taiping, did not use his ailment as an excuse to become a beggar and prefers to earn a stable income to pay for his treatment.
> Grandma robbed and slashed
An 85-year-old grandmother was slashed at least thrice when several men tried to rob her at her low-cost flat in Jalan Imbi, Kuala Lumpur. The victim received stitches to her head, lips, chin and hands in the 3pm Monday incident. According to her son, the victim was waiting for her daughter at the flat when the robbers slashed her before running away with RM200 in cash and the house keys. The victim was rushed to the hospital nearby and her condition was reported to be stable.
> Man's fatal leap from moving car after quarrel with wife
A man died on the spot after jumping off a moving car driven by his wife in Sibu. His two young children witnessed the incident, which occurred around 11am Tuesday. It was reported that the man had quarrelled with his wife in the car prior to the incident. She had reprimanded him for not working but drinking with friends instead. He then punched his wife before jumping off the car.
