A 71-year-old man was caught for khalwat with a Form Two student at his house in Ayer Hitam, Kedah, by the Kubang Pasu district religious officers. The 14-year-old teenager was taking a nap in the living room when the officers arrived, and the old man claimed that she was the daughter of a friend. However, after further probing, the duo finally admitted to their affair. The parents of the teenager were shocked after being told about their daughter's tryst with the old man, which had lasted for several months.
