A KUALA Lumpur university has won the university gardens competition at the Royal Floria Putrajaya flower festival this year.

Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur took the top spot in the competition that was held for the seventh time by Putrajaya Corporation (PPj) in cooperation with the Education Ministry.
