SJK (T) St Joseph’s in Sentul, Kuala Lumpur, was started in 1924 by the nuns of St Joseph’s Catholic Church. The aim of the school was to provide the children of Keretapi Tanah Melayu’s largely Tamil staff with an education.
The school remains the only Tamil girls school in Kuala Lumpur.
