THE Government through the Education Ministry, is the first in the world to implement the Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) Malaysia for all public universities (IPTAs).

Second Education Minister Datuk Seri Idris Jusoh said although MOOCs can be found in nations worldwide, MOOCs Malaysia is the first to be implemented by a nation’s government.
