TECHNICAL and vocational education and training (TVET) is fast taking up a pivotal role in providing the skilled workforce required for countries to make a quantum leap in economic growth.
Deputy Education Minister P.Kamalanathan said that several countries, including Malaysia are already gearing towards this end with more responsive TVET structures, policy frameworks, curricula and orientation to bring about urgent reforms and national strategy rationalisations.
