NEW heads have been appointed to seven local councils, but Petaling Jaya is still without a mayor.
They will lead the Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ), Ampang Jaya Municipal Council (MPAJ), Kajang Municipal Council (MPKj), Sepang Municipal Council (MPSepang), Sabak Bernam District Council (MDSB), and Hulu Langat District Council (MDHL) and Shah Alam City Council (MBSA).
