Rising durian demand in China

The export value of frozen durians to China is expected to surpass last year’s US$1.6mil (RM5.56mil).

Malaysian ambassador to China Datuk Iskandar Sarudin said the value has hit US$1.2mil in August, and therefore should be able to match and exceed last year’s total by year end.
