WHILE the Federal Territories Day celebration in Putrajaya (and Kuala Lumpur and Labuan) was muted this year, the nation’s administrative capital was still abuzz with events being held almost every week.

Federal Territories Minister Datuk Seri Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor had said the FT Day celebrations were scaled down this year in line with the Federal Government’s move to cut costs.
