THE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) has launched a dog licensing campaign in an effort to get more than 2,000 or 67% of dog owners on the island to get a licence for their pets.
Councillor Sukumar Subramaniam said that presently, only about 900 (33%) of dog owners have a licence for their pets.
