School raises RM10,000 for the handicapped


Happy faces: Fairview International School students and teachers with a mock cheque of RM10,000 for Rumah Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Cacat.

In the spirit of Christmas, Fairview International School has successfully raised RM10,000 through its recent fund-raising drive in aid of the handicapped.

They are from Rumah Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Cacat (RKCC), a non-governmental organisation in Batu Gajah currently housing 46 children who suffer from cerebral palsy, hip dislocation, severe mental retardation, speech disabilities and autism.
