PASIR GUDANG: A father of seven’s ignorance has resulted in six of his seven children being “stateless” without birth certificates or MyKad.

Md Sani Pannot, 47, admitted he had delayed registering his marriage to Fatimah Sulaiman, 49, with the Johor Islamic Religious Department (JAIJ).
