Ipoh Kiwanis Club opens its new permanent building in Bercham

IT was a dream come true for the Kiwanis Club of Bandaraya Ipoh, as they finally have their own permanent building to house the Ipoh Down Syndrome Centre.

After more than 10 years since its establishment, the centre’s new building is now officially opened in Bercham, Ipoh.
