THE Gurdwara Sahib Bayan Baru (GSBB) Temple has only raised about 40% of the RM3.5mil needed for the completion of the gurdwara in Jalan Tokong Ular, Bayan Baru, Penang.
Work on the temple building began in April with public donations and a RM400,000 allocation from the Federal Government.
