TANG Yuan of three different Chinese dialect groups were among eight types served at the Penang Chinese Town Hall’s Winter Solstice Festival celebration.
They were the Fu Zhou Gu Tian dry tang yuan, Hakka salt-flavoured tang yuan and square-shaped Teow Chew Hui Lai tang yuan.
