‘Tis the season of presents and indulgence, and Ante has fashioned a creative menu that is perfect for the most wonderful time of the year. The five-course meal starts with an Amuse Bouche of smooth Foie Gras Parfait with Port Wine Gelee on Mustard Chip, followed by Braised Pork Cheeks on Brioche Toast with Gorgonzola Cream and Pickled Roots. For the main course, diners can choose either the Rib Eye Pork Steak Medallion on Pumpkin Puree, Emulsion of Sherry Wine Truffle Oil Butter Sauce and Crisp Broccolini Leaves, Norwegian Salmon Fillet with Crispy Skin, Lemon Cream Sauce, Melange of Candied Black Olives, Diced Tomatoes, Crouton Bits, Fried Capers, Lemon Julienne and Cream Spinach, or Gnudi of Ricotta Cheese, Shimeji Mushrooms, Pine Nuts and Parmesan Sauce. The meal ends on a sweet note with the Valrhona Dark Chocolate Ganache, Hazelnut Praline Feuilletine, Earl Grey Cream and Cocoa Soil.
