Developer plans to make new project more pedestrian-friendly

PLANS are afoot to make the streets leading from The Majestic condominium and SoVo (Small Office Versatile Office) to Jalan Yau Tet Shin where many famous Ipoh street food are found, more pedestrian-friendly.

Kinta Real Estate Sdn Bhd managing director Datuk Poo Tak Kiau said Majestic Ipoh Sdn Bhd, its associate company and developer of the RM120mil project in the heart of the city, was keen on erecting streetlights along the path leading to the popular tourist hangout spot.
