KUALA Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) is looking at transforming Jalan Sultan into a hawker street for youth traders.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said the nearby Petaling Street was dominated by the older generation, leaving very few opportunities for the young to join the trade.
