KUCHING: The Alliance of the Indigenous Peoples of the Highlands of Borneo (Formadat) celebrated its 10th anniversary with a two-day festival in the Indonesian village of Long Bawan near the Malaysian border.

Formadat is a community grassroots initiative which aims to increase awareness and understanding of northern Borneo’s highland communities, build local capacity and encourage sustainable development in the Heart of Borneo.
