First-time novelist and Rafflesia the Pearl Centre publicist Bill Bora took home two awards- Best Novel and Best Cover for his book Mutiara Hatiku Rafflesia at the International Book Awards, held at the Putra World Trade Centre on Wednesday.
The awards are the highest recognition for those in the book industry and aims to motivate those in the book industry to publish quality books, comparable to imported books.
