ABOUT 3,500 fruit trees were planted at the Batu floodwater retention lake in Kepong on Saturday.
Kuala Lumpur mayor Datuk Seri Ahmad Phesal Talib said about one third of the land around the retention lake which is located in Taman Metropolitan Batu, will become an “Orchard in the City”.
