SIBU: The price of property here will have higher Goods and Service Tax (GST) than other places next year.
A spokesman of Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHEDA) Sibu Liason Committee said this was because about 80% of property development here are carried out in a joint-venture basis between the developer and the land owner.
