KUCHING: Sarawakian students performed better in English in this year’s UPSR examination, with 75.2% scoring a minimum grade C in the subject.
State education director Serina Sauni said this was a significant improvement of 6.75% from 68.45% last year, while the number of students who scored A in English also rose from 10.2% last year to 13.35% this year.
