PAWS Animal Welfare Association (Paws) was the subject of discussion last week, with the Petaling District Land Office issuing a notice of eviction to the animal welfare society for squatting on reserved land.

Almost as quickly as its issuance, Selangor Mentri Besar Azmin Ali nipped the controversy in the bud by cancelling the eviction notice, giving Paws more time to find a suitable place to move to.
