JOHOR BARU: A RM200,000 lift is waiting for residents of the low-cost walk-up flats in the Johor Baru constituency who have settled their building maintenance fee promptly.
Johor Baru MP Tan Sri Shahrir Abdul Samad said a competition will start January next year involving 12 joint management bodies (JMB) of the low-cost flats here.
