MEMBERS of the public have expressed their dissatisfaction over the state of KTM Komuter stations in the Klang Valley, where many of the platform gates are left unmanned.
They feel the lack of inspection at the platforms is unacceptable as it has resulted in some commuters having easy access, thus enjoying free train rides.
