THE Governor’s Ball to raise funds for the Governor’s Education Fund and the Penang Hospice Society (PHS) was a subdued but classy affair.
The event, organised by the newly formed Debutante Council at the E&O Hotel on Friday, managed to raise a total of RM50,000 for the education fund and PHS.
