SIBU: A land-clearing contractor has been told to enter his defence after the High Court found him guilty of killing three members of his family a year ago.
High Court judge Supang Lian, in her ruling on Tuesday, said the prosecution had established a prima facie case against the accused, Jacob Tiang Lee Yee, 45, under Section 302 of the Penal Code for the killing of his wife, Ling Yung Ming, 40, daughter Christine Tiang Soon Ai,14, and son Victor Tiang Soon Sheng, two.
