Dog owners submit best shots of their pets dressed up in Halloween contest

A “Doggies Halloween Rock” photo contest kickstarted SStwo Mall’s Halloween celebration last weekend.

The mall’s management had put up an announcement late last month calling for dog owners to send in their entries and stand a chance to win cash prizes. They received hundreds of cute and quirky snapshots of pet dogs dressed up in Halloween costumes.
