JOHOR BARU: Local contractors have been reminded to form partnerships or consortiums with larger companies to bid for projects in the state especially in the oil and gas sector.
State Public Works, Rural and Regional Development Datuk Hasni Mohammad said that some of the local contractors were not getting projects as they did not have the experience nor the financial capabilities when bidding for major projects.
