When Tesco Stores (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd launched its online Grocery Home Shopping service, it became something of a game changer in the industry.
The service, which started on April 1 last year at Tesco Extra Mutiara Damansara allowed customers to purchase their groceries from the comfort of their own homes.
