A RETIREE from Permatang Pauh is crying foul over inaction by the Seberang Prai Municipal Council (MPSP) and the state government over an alleged sale of a plot of land on a service road.
Chan Eng Keat, 59, claimed that the 2.13m X 21.33m (7ft X 70ft) plot was purportedly sold to his neighbour at Solok Sama Gagah Satu in Permatang Pauh on the mainland.
