Fines for motorists who fail to adhere to specifications


JOHOR BARU: The Road Transport Department (JPJ) will start issuing summonses for offences related to vehicle registration plates and the usage of strobe and high intensity discharge (HID) headlamps, effective Nov 1.

State JPJ director Johari Yusof said that the department would be conducting an integrated-operation involving other enforcement agencies including the police and Land and Public Transport Commission (SPAD).
