ABOUT 13,000 trees of various species were planted at the premises of AEON Mall Taiping in conjunction with its pre-launch ceremony recently.
Trees like Katong Laut, Kenanga, Cengal and Sepetir Daun Lebai were planted at the malls’s Educational Forest Area by about 800 people, including school children, environmentalists and Taiping Municipal Council president Datuk Abdul Rahim Md Ariff.
