KUCHING: The prices of new residential homes being built in Sibu have continued to climb despite a slowdown in sales.
Prices of newly-launched standard built double-storey intermediate terraced houses within 10km radius from the town centre have surged to over RM400,000 each, according to CH Williams Talhar Wong & Yeo Sdn Bhd (WTWY).
