MOHD Kamal Asyraf clocked in 20.64km per litre on Shell FuelSave 95 to emerge the champion in the Shell FuelSave Challenge 2014.
The 29-year-old from Pahang, who was the East Coast regional winner, competed against three other regional winners on a stipulated route of 90km.
