Reminder on registration for buying prepaid cards

SIBU: Handphone business operators here have been warned that they are required by the law to register the people buying prepaid cards.

Business operators would run foul of the law if they failed to do so but that it would be very difficult for the police to nab suspects involved in especially extortion case, Deputy Home Minister Datuk Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar told at a press conference yesterday after attending the presentation of Pingat Jasa Pahlawan Negara.
