KUCHING: The state civil service has won international recognition for its efforts to improve the quality and effectiveness of its delivery.
It received a FutureGov award in the digital inclusion category for its 10-20 Action Plan, which aims to accelerate the transformation process and provide a new administrative approach on governing the state.
