Businessman joins SCIB as non-executive director


KUCHING: Sabah-based businessman Lim Nyuk Foh has joined Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd (SCIB) as a non-independent non-executive director a week after he emerged as the company’s single largest shareholder.

Lim,50, owns about 17.27 million shares or 23.47% in SCIB, which is involved in the manufacturing of concrete products and industrialised building system (IBS) components for the construction and infrastructure industies here.
