SHARING is key to a wholesome Deepavali celebration for the Semenyih Estate folk.

From traditional treats of murukku and nei urundai (ghee balls) to water and electricity supply, the 17 families who live in a row of houses opposite an oil palm estate rely on their familial spirit of combining resources to bring in the festive cheer.
