Girls wow audience with classical Bharatanatyam dance

MALACCA: Adorning colourful and vibrant traditional Indian costumes, two young girls wowed the audience with their classical “bharatanatyam” moves in conjunction with Deepavali celebration at Padang Nyiru here.

Under the tutelage of dance guru Lim Siew Wan, an experienced classical dance master from Malacca, the tennage girls, Sungri Muthukumaran and Lekisyah Indiaraja, both 12, mesmerised the crowd throughout the night with their graceful moves accompanied by rhythmic music.
