THE festive spirit of Deepavali was felt by visitors from all walks of life at the Little India enclave in George Town during the Hotlink Deepavali Carnival 2014.
Themed ‘Deepa Oli’ which means ‘Rays of Light’, the carnival was held for the second time by telco operator Maxis Bhd together with the Penang Hindu Endowment Board as well as the Malaysian Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MICCI) Penang branch.
