DOE to investigate

THE Department of Environment (DOE) has been instructed to look into complaints on tyre-burning activities in the state.

Perak Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abd Kadir said the matter was brought up recently during a state development meeting, and he had instructed the department’s officers to investigate the matter as well as its impact towards the environment and people.
