After a mishap, no justice is sought for the child

I HAVE come to a startling realisation recently. It seems that our country is no longer safe for our children.

Like many people, I sometimes get overwhelmed by the sheer number of reports about human tragedies in the press. Week in, week out, it’s the same murders, robberies, fatal accidents, wars, famines and natural disasters plaguing man that often robs us of even simple joys - like breakfast.
