The Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) will not compromise with those who flout council guidelines at the Seri Kembangan market in Jalan Besar.
MPSJ corporate communications officer Muhammad Azli Miswan said they would issue compounds to illegal traders, those who carried out illegal extensions, stole electricity and water supply as well as throw rubbish indiscriminately.
