PILES of garbage bags are left strewn about all over the inner road off Jalan Ng Weng Hup, between Jalan Taman Pertama 1 and Jalan Wong Kwai Kee, at First Garden in Ipoh by some unscrupulous folk.
Some of these bags have been ripped open by stray animals, with food and other waste littering the ground and causing a mess.
