SIBU: Owners of rateable holdings situated within the jurisdiction of Sibu Municipal Council (SMC) are reminded to settle the current rates for the second half of 2014 on or before Oct 31.
SMC chairman Datuk Tiong Thai king said by paying before the deadline, they could avoid unnecessary surcharges being imposed upon them for late payment.
