KUCHING: The Education Ministry should justify barring the use of forecast Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) results for entry into pre-university or foundation programmes in private institutions of higher education.
Wanita PKR vice-chairman Voon Shiak Ni said only a fraction of SPM school leavers could enter public institutions and many had to opt for private institutions.
